RECIPE: Crispy Fried Potato Cakes

INGREDIENTS

1 Bag Tater Tumblers, Idahoan VE 066150
3 c. 3% Mozzerella, Shredded, Fata VE 074648
1 c. Green Chiles, Diced, VE 044807
1/2 c. Green Onions, Chopped VE 006260
2 c. Sour Cream, Prairie Farms VE 011756
6 Cloves Garlic, Finely Grated, Pro Act VE 007099
Salt and Pepper, to Taste

DIRECTIONS

Prepare tater tumblers according to package directions.
Combine prepared potatoes, mozzerella, green chiles, and green onions.
Mix until evently incorporated. Form mixture into small cakes.
Fry potato cakes until golden brown and crispy on both sides.
Season with Salt. Serve hot with crema.
