Our sales rep is amazing, the delivery drivers are the best, and everyone else we’ve met within the company has been super helpful and easy to work with—they really go above and beyond when it comes to customer service.

I’ve been in this industry for 37 years and have worked with suppliers at every level. By far, Van Eerden is the most responsive to my needs as an entrepreneur and small business owner- that’s why we made the switch. I know I can reach someone at any level, at any time, to solve a problem, whether it’s sourcing a specialty product or offering a substitute we hadn’t even considered, and they’ve been a valuable resource for our menu development. I think the size of the company allows for more personal relationships rather than just treating us like another customer.
