Michigan Restaurant & Lodging Association (MRLA) has created a “Roadmap to Reopening”. It is a guidance document designed to help Michigan restaurants prepare to reopen their dining rooms amid new federal and state regulations, and with new expectations of safety by the general public. The MRLA has combined guidance from the Center for Disease Control (CDC), Federal Drug Administration (FDA), Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), National Restaurant Association (NRA), Executive Orders from Governor Gretchen Whitmer and MRLA’s work the Michigan Economic Recovery Council (MERC).
